NFL Playoff Pick 'Em

I have yet to find an Internet site that hosts a NFL Playoff Pick 'em or bracket challenge. The closest thing I've come across is www.pooltracker.com, but it costs per person to play. If you know of any such website out there, please let me know.

Is it really that hard of a thing to set up? Both NFL.com and ESPN.com are offering playoff fantasy 'challenges' that involve selecting a roster of players. Why can't they set up a bracket or pick set? ESPN already offers a Pigskin Pick 'Em game for every week of the regular season. Why not continue this through the playoffs? It provides a great opportunity for continued smack talk. The last two years I've been in an impromptu email pick 'em with some college buddies. Nothing helps you stay in touch with old friends like a good dose of taunting.

Luckily I have just the answer for all of you who agree with me. I'll run my own NFL Playoff Pick 'Em, Thicket Style.

Rules:
1) Pick each round separately.
2) Submit picks via the comment form before the start of the weekend's first game. (Saturday 4:30 EST for the Wildcard matchups.)
3) Wild Card Games are worth 1 pt each. (2nd round 2 pts, Championships 3 pts, Superbowl 4 pts)
4) Along with the predicting the Superbowl winner, every entrant should predict the Superbowl score. This will serve as a potential tiebreaker.

Prizes
TBD

Feel free to ask any questions about gameplay. Here are my picks, in order of my confidence that they are correct.

Titans @ Chargers: The Titans wouldn't be in the playoffs if not for the Colts bench players. I don't even think this game will be close. CHARGERS

Jaguars @ Steelers: The last match up was won by Jacksonville, and that was with a healthy Willie Parker. JAGUARS

Giants @ Buccaneers: There's one reason I think the BUCCANEERS will win this game. Eli Manning. He's too inconsistent.

Redskins @ Seahawks: This game gives me fits. I could see either team winning. I'm picking the SEAHAWKS, but with a 1 out of 10 on my personal confidence meter.

I'll look forward to seeing your picks!

So this is what it comes to? Am I really so desperate as to comment on my own blog? Apparently.

I really just want to test out the scoring system for these playoff picks.

So here are three entries, one from my wife and two from college buddies.
My Wife: Redskins, Steelers, Giants, Titans
Yon: Seahawks, Jaguars, Buccaneers, Chargers
Grimmbo: Redskins, Steelers, Buccaneers, Chargers
